When u join this company as GET----u will be given
1. Ordinary welcom n welcom party in extra-ordinary ways so called induction.
2.U will be living in three star hotels at its head office (udaipur) for 2 or 3 days.
3 U would be shown audio n visual presentation about this company n about its mission n vission(most important),products,customers,marketing etc.
4. then 10 days visit to its all plant n mine like-RAM,Dariba,Jawar,Chanderiya--------
5. At each unit u will be given shared accomodation in there guest house--mostly 4 people in a room having one attached lavatory n will be provided guest house's food(one time eatable) and canteen's food at the plant( beware of it take pills for dyspepsia with u).
6. After the induction programme you would be put at different units( not as per your ahoice).
7 If u get posted at RAM u would be very lucky-------------here
a) u would get nice shared accommodation facility having different options--------
* 03 person in 1BHK( so called SH quarters-SH-supervisors house)
* 04(if lucky) to 06( if very lucky) persons in 2BHK quarter with one attached lavatory.
i m sure u never had such kind of experience of living together.
n most important u have to enjoy the happiness of living together untill u get marry,no matter for how long u have been serving this company or u became Manager from the post of GET.
8. FOOD------- aahaa excellent facility---------far beyond your expectations(so delicious)
having one mess (run by a local) serving to more than 100 bachelors or sometimes to marrried too. food so hygienic u wont feel to go for toilets it is so digestable.n after few days u have to take the help of Dr. at colony's hospital to clean yr bowell.U cant complain about fooding facilities or food quality if u do so u will be given instructions to arrange your own.
u cant complain about lodging or house failities if u do so u have to arrange your own which is most uphill task.
9 very soon in the plant u would be put in the shift working if u belong to core branch(mettalurgy,mining,geology,chemical etc) n then your life will rotate in C B A shift.(working hr 9 to 10) day by day u will loose your appetite ( becos of rotational metabolism). u will loose interest in the games though u were a good ,enthusiastic player in yr college.u will cut off from society n even u wil meet yr roommates at office ( becos all were putinto different shifts).
n if u r started performing well in the shift -u will remain in the shift for the next 8 years (100% true).
